My Everyday Makeup Routine

I know it has been quite a while, since the last time I wrote a blog post, but now that my exams are finally over, I'll have more time for blogging!

In this blog post I will show you my Everyday Makeup Routine and every single step of the process that comes with it.
Here's an overview of the products that I use on a daily basis:

1. L'Oréal Paris Skin Perfection Advanced Correcting Serum:
This product I use as a moistruizer, a luminizer and a base for my makeup all at once. I love the way it hydrates my face, but I've also heard of people breaking out because of it... I think it really depends on your skin type.

2. L'Oréal Paris Infallible Foundation:
I just recently got this foundation and I love it! It covers all of my blemishes and it lasts for a very long time, too. It basically does everything you would want from a foundation.

3. L'Oréal True Match Powder:
As it turns out, I use a lot of L'Oréal products!
I've been using this powder for about 2 years now, maybe even longer. It's perfect for setting your foundation and keeping your face matte during the day. This powder is definitely the best one that I've tried so far.

4. MAC Pro Longwear Blush, Stay Pretty:
I love this shade, especially in the fall and winter time, because it gives me just the perfect amount of colour to not make me look dead! :D Of course the quality is amazing (I mean it's MAC...) and I feel like this blush will last me for a very long time, since I've been using it for months and I haven't even hit pan, yet.
Since I usually don't wear a bronzer or a highlighter on a day to day basis, this is great alternative and it keeps everything nice and simple.

5. Maybelline Master Shape Brow Pencil:
Actually, I don't really need a brow pencil, since I only have a little scar, which caused a gap in my eyebrows, that I have to fill in. So, I can't exactly say I'm an expert when it comes to eye brows... if that makes sense lol.
I don't really have a lot to say about this product. It basically does it's job!

6. Catrice Lash & Brow Designer - Shaping And Conditioning Gel:
I'm not sure if the brand "Catrice" sells their products anywhere else than in Germany, but just like with the brow pencil, I don't really have that much to say about it, since I actually do have brows lol. All in all, it's a good product and you definitely get your money's worth, because it's so cheap. It costs hardly anything.

7. Maybelline The One by One Volum' Express Mascara:
In general, I love all of the mascaras, that Maybelline has to offer. I am constantly trying out new mascaras (mostly from the drugstore) and in my opinion, Maybelline definitely has the best mascaras.
This one really adds length and volume to my lashes. If you also love the mascaras from Maybelline, definitely go check this one out!

8. EOS sweet mint lip balm:
I always moisturize my lips before applying any sort of lip product. It mostly varies, but at the moment I'm really liking the EOS lip balms. In my opinion the minty one is the best!

9. NYX Butter Gloss Éclair
This has definitely got to be my go-to lip product, because it's just such a gorgeous nude colour. It's like your lips but better (kinda lol).
Even if you don't like the colour, still go check out these  butter glosses. They are just so creamy and long lasting!

These are all the products I use on an everyday basis.
I hope I could help some of you out there, by sharing my Everyday Makeup Routine. :)

As already said, I will be blogging more regularly from now on and I'm already looking forward to it!

LIEBSTER award

Unbenannt #8

Unbenannt #8 von rebeccaroses auf Polyvore

I've been nominated by Niamh Blogs, Lauren Elizabeth and Denise Whelan to do the LIEBSTER award (thx again!). Obviously I'm only going to do one of them, so I've decided to go with Niamh's questions, since she was the first one to nominate me and on top of that, she's a blogger, too. :)

The rules are:
1. To link the person who nominated you
2. Answer the questions they have asked you
3. Nominate 11 other bloggers (must have less than 200 followers)
4. Create 11 new questions for your nominees
5. Notify the nominees by social media or blogs

Niamh's questions:

1. Why did you start blogging?
I love everything that has to do with beauty, fashion, health and fitness, which my blog basically is all about. Having a blog is just amazing for being creative, showing people who you are and what you're interested in and all in all just having fun. I'm really happy I started blogging! I love it!

2. Favourite Make-up product and why?
My favourite make-up product would have to be mascara, because it just makes such a difference to your face. It basically just intensifies the whole look.

3. Book most recently read/reading?
The last book I read was "The fault in our stars" and I loved it... and the movie, too (of course!). It is sooo sad, though...
I wish I could read more, but at the moment I'm studying for my final exams, so I just don't have the time.

4. Where do you want to visit the most in the world?
My Nr.1 place I want to visit is definitely New York and I'm sooo excited, because I'm going there in march with my family. I can't wait! (Of course I'll be taking a ton of pictures!)

5. What's your way of relaxing when stressed or tired?
Either going outside for a walk or doing Yoga. I love Yoga and Pilates, especially the way I feel after the "workout".

6. What is your favourite phone app?
At the moment I've been loving Pinterest (my profile:), but if I had to choose my all-time favourite it would have to be Whatsapp for sure.

7. What do you see yourself doing in 10 years time?
In 10 years time, I'll be 28 years old (that sounds so crazy to me!). I guess, I see myself working in a PR firm, since Public Relations is the direction I'm striving for. I would also like to be in a relationship or even married, omg I don't know...lol

8. What is your favourite quote?

What you think,
you become
What you feel,
you attract
What you imagine,
you create

-BUDDHA

9. If you were the main character in a movie which actress would you want to play your role?
I would choose Leighton Meester, because I love her so much as Blair Waldorf in gossip girl and it would be amazing to see her play my role. :)

10. Tumblr/Instagram/Twitter? If not any why?
Instagram!!! (no explanation needed)

11. What or who inspired your blog?
A lot of people/blogs inspired me. I especially love Lauren Conrad's and the Beautycrush's blog, even though they are so different.

I am going to nominate:

My questions to the nominees:
1. What are your New Year's Resolutions?
2. What are you wearing right now?
3. Favourite Makeup brand and why?
4. Do you prefer Lush or The Body Shop?
5. What is your favourite season and why?
6. Favourite song at the moment?
7. Ice Cream or Frozen Yoghurt?
8. Where do you get inspiration for your blog?
9. Favourite clothing store?
10. What phone app do you use the most?
11. What is your favourite movie?

My Top 5 Favourite Nail Polishes

Nailpolish

Since I've been really busy lately studying for my final exams, I thought I'd just do a little blog post.
These are my favourite nail polishes of all time:

1. Essie: Mint Candy Apple
I love the colour mint, especially on the nails. Usually I wear neutral clothing (...mostly black), so I love the pop of colour that this nail polish gives. In my opinion this is the best mint nail polish out there!

2. Butter London: Saucy Jack
My go-to nail polish will forever be a dark red one. You just can't go wrong with red nail polish. I especially love this colour for going out at night.

3. Essie: Bahama Mama
This for me is just the perfect fall colour. I love how it's different from any other nail polish I own. If you're looking for slightly something different, definitely check this one out!

4. Essie: Sand Tropez
I love how this nail polish is so simple, yet still an eye catcher. It just looks so clean and can one say polished...? :D

5. Butter London: Teddy Girl
This is my go-to pink nail polish. Actually I don't really like wearing pink nailpolish, but this one is just so pretty and doesn't draw too much attention to it, like other ones would.

Unbenannt #11

Actually I wanted to do photos of all of them, wearing them on my nails, but I just didn't have time. I'm really sorry! Fortunately, I'll have plenty of time soon.
